The PM110TRP is a plug-and-play gate driver specially developed for high power, high voltage IGBT modules based on the Firstack digital intelligent IGBT gate driver. It supports the operation of up to 1700V PrimePACKTM IGBT power modules 3 in parallel with 15V gate voltage in on-state.
The PM110TRP features 6 channels with optical interfaces, and supports 2-level topology.
Firstack intelligent PM110TRP integrates the temperature sampling protection, which ensures the safety operation of the gate driver and IGBT.
